I transitioned to the Freight Team, where I work closely with a small crew to unload trucks, organize inventory, and stock the floor—all while operating machinery like the Pacer. I’ve also stepped into a Coach role, training new team members to use lift equipment properly and safely.

I started as a Garden Associate, where I quickly became known for my strong customer service earning Associate of the Month several times. I helped customers complete home projects, offered expert advice on products, and operated heavy equipment like forklifts and reach trucks to make sure they got what they needed safely and efficiently.

I worked as a Warehouse Associate at Orange Madison COOP. It was a job that taught me the importance of logistics, safety, and customer communication. I regularly operated a forklift to load vehicles and handle deliveries.
